still can't get my act together, MUST learn to say NO !!!

OMG what a week !!!!!
away for a few days eating and drinking and some really fab restaurants, let the diet go to pot, that's what I did, now maybe this week I might try and behave myself !!!!!!!!

some good days but still too many bad days, should get up the courage to start entering what I eat in the food diary, !!! it is really the only way.
