Had a hell of a week !!!! Eating out and drinking most of it, BUT I drop a little weight !!! HOW COME ???? yes I had to do lots of work as well and walked a good bit, this week will hope it does not come back and will try to drop some more.

Had lost 3.4 lbs prior to wedding at weekend was very happy with myself but let it all go at the festivities, had a whale of a time !!!!
It's weird as against 18 months ago I gained over 10 lbs but the inches have all gone on in my tummy and waistline plus my boobs, Nothing on the hips in fact they are an inch smaller ?????
have to get back to it and reduce reduce, REDUCE .

No wine for this week and no sweet bits also, (well just one exception)
have wedding next Sat to go to, hope to lose another inch or two so I can fit into wedding outfit !!!!!!!

Again another week of eating out and entertaining, Very pleased that I did not have a gain, only one more week of badness ahead, then I think I have four weeks to try and kick my butt into action and fit into one of my new dresses for a wedding !!!!!!
