Coma,
I have woken from my food coma....I just left the cardiologist and my weight was 246 completely clothed...OMG...When did this happen??? How did I let my emotions get the best of me.....Why do I let my emotions/stress control my life, my health... my body hurts, the strain it is causing my heart...I want to sleep....I want sugar... I don't look in mirrors....clothes totally suck....I have a very limited wardrobe, I have funds to buy new clothes, but I don't like how any of them look on me...so I dress in t-shirts sweats, and pull on jeans....Now, the work seems so overwhelming, as I have 100 pounds to lose....

Life is full of things that we cannot control. Our health is one of them and when we don't have our health nothing else seems to matter. However, I have decided that one thing I can control is what I eat. I can control how much I weigh, I may not be able to control other things in my life, but my weight is one of them. Therefore, I am declaring my independence over food. I will provide nourishment for my body; however, I will not over indulge in any food groups. I asking that my friends take the same control and when that urge comes to hit the wrong choices declare your independence over those choices, as they say eat to live!!
