NEW SYSTEM!!!!



So I am just treading water with my current plan. I'm bored with the workouts and I think the fact that I have not been playing tennis, makes achieving the abs I had before rather difficult without an intense focus on them.

My husband has been eyeing the PX 90 system for some time. He finally decided to order it and I have to say that I am excited to try it out. I am not working out until it arrives and then I will let you know. The premise of the package is getting ripped via a system of muscle confusion that includes weight/resistance training with cardio. I believe it works since I try and keep my heartrate up when I am lifting and I see rapid results. The constant change it routines is an obvious bonus the body and those of us that have experienced a plateau know it all too well.

MOSTLY, I'm just BORED and CURIOUS! I have no real interest in the diet. My husband is the type to follow a program to a T and I am the type to immediately look for ways to modify or personalize it.

Anyway, I will report regularly on what I think and the results both he and I are having to give anyone interested a peek inside the system.

There is no way I am stepping on the scale since it was my birthday and we went to Morton's to eat and I ENJOYED myself immensely. We will leave it at that! LOL!

And the decline continues. I did not run yesterday nor the day before. I will get a workout in today. So much rests on the amount eaten at night. If I can manage to eat a very small meal before 6pm and then nothing until bedtime, my body responds beautifully.

IT's just hard to do that sometimes.

My bottom has increased with exercise and my thighs have decreased. I want to hit 33.5 on my hips and lift it...I have added 40 pound weight is each hand and rest them while standing in Plie position right in the crook of my leg where it meets my hip. I then squat as close to 90 degrees as I can and then rise back up to while tightening my butt and thighs. At almost straight knee I then go back down to squat and repeat this 15-20x and 3 sets. It has given me definition on the bottom curvature of my butt where it meets my thigh. I would day that is the only part of my body that I am a bit displeased with at the moment. I love my arms. My abs used to be a lot more cut. I think once I get to 119, I will be able to see more definition again.

Today sarts the grind!
