Weigh day tomorrow. Its really hard to tell if i have lost weight ... it feels as if I haven't as my clothes don't feel any different but I will be disappointed if not as I have been trying and i have felt VERY hungry some of the time! And - have been to the gym as much as I could within reason.....I have 2 weeks left until i fly home to Georgia and that means the most i could lose is 4lbs .... if i can get down to what I was last time i went out there, I will be happy. Thing is - I am going to have to be myself some day - I cannot be trying to be thinner for ever if i am going to stay in this relationship with this man who means so much to me, after all these years - its hard because i compare myself to how i was 25 years ago when we were together .. and even then I didn't like myself that much!! Youth is so wasted on the young, it is true! I can only do my best - and i need to be kind to myself :0)

Early night last night so feeling a bit more chipper. Have decided not to weight myself until tomorrow as have been trying hard and feel that if i have not lost it will make me fed up again. I think the problem is that i just want to be in the USA and not in the UK and it is proving hard to focus on my life here right now when all I want do is fly out to Georgia. Also getting bored with the routine of the gym etc etc - but just got to keep focussed for two more weeks and all will be rewarded....

Finding it hard to get into eating veg and being healthy this week - just grazing on crap, worried about my job and also my partner's ongoing knee problems - should he or shouldn't he have ACL reconstruction? As he lives in the US it is a big decision - especially as he is self employed. So seem to be eating cup a soup, oatcakes and chocolate! Last night did not fall asleep till 3am as worrying so much.....:0( will try to get my diet back on a healthier track tomorrow... feel very down and very tired...

Aargh - too much wine again plus my friend Ingrid insisted on cooking lunch yesterday so not sure of exact calorie consumption... did do a long walk though and no supper last night (wine instead lol) ... and spinning this morning - hard work really went for it and sweated! Have a friend coming for supper tonight- roast chicken with roasted vegetables from my allotment :0)...then for the next 13 days I am going alchohol free....
