I have learned that relaxing is very important to my journey to a healthier me.
So I had a hot bath with magnesium flakes, essential oils bubbles 😍 while sipping a coffee with some whipped cream and cinnamon then threw on a cozy robe 🙌❤️

Yesterday’s sad face. Hoping today is a better day and I can get out of the house be enjoy this Friday with my lil Fam!!!

I’m getting sick and tired of being sick and tired...
But I really hope the sun comes out today, I could really use a sunny walk around the neighborhood.
Since the beginning of the week I had planned to go out to eat tonight with the fam, but since I have been under the weather and not doing well it isn’t a good idea for me to eat restaurant foods and risk an food allergen or getting germs from all those germy holiday shoppers. (More people need to internet shop when they are sick, just sayin)
Yesterday was not a good day. Couldn’t take my youngest to her class because halfway there my stomach was in so much pain, I was sweating bullets, the police officer that got behind me I secretly wanted him to pull me over because I didn’t want to have to drive home but we made it! I got to take a 20minute nap before we had to leave to a play date... but as we were leaving I didn’t have my keys 🤦♀️ and I said “don’t shut the door!” And my kids shut the door... sooo we were locked out and it was hot and bright and I wasn’t feeling well and I’m hormonal and emotional... luckily my BF was able to come to our rescue and let us in. And we made it to the play date but late... and I had a great time catching up with a lovely friend! So yay for happy endings! And it’s Friday!!!!!!

So...
I’ve been kinda terrible at logging lately. But I have been sticking to keto, I have been trying to get the rest my body needs to heal, this time of the year is hard on me. Emotionally, mentally and physically. And my body has already been letting me know I’ve been pushing myself too hard for too long. This weekend I was so weak and exhausted, but my monthly cycle came 10 days early, which explains some of my symptoms I was having... and why the scale won’t be moving for a few days. Water weight and inflammation will do that.
I have really found that even if I am not logging my food daily, it’s so important for me to keep logging in to the FS app and scroll through see everyone’s inspiring journeys, the supportive comments and informative posts!!! I really do love this FS fam, happy holidays everyone!!
My BF brought home 2lbs of See’s Candy that a client gave him... I was naughty and opened it up... luckily it contained no Bordeaux truffles... so I closed it and walked away, without eating a single candy! That’s some extreme self control for me. The old skinny me, before PTSD and becoming less social and active would have devoured 1/2 the box and stayed skinny, the more recently depressed me would have eaten the whole box and gained 5lbs... but this new me said “nope” and walked away!!! YAY!
