Mungkin ini judulnya "Salmon Nyasar di Hutan" 😆. Lunch simple aja hari ini, salmon steak medium-well, brokoli, ubi, keju ricotta. Kurleb 394. Dahar!!

Fiuh, udah seminggu ini sibukk dan ga sempet masak yg seru2. Hari ini alhamdulillah ada waktu main masak2an hehe. Savory oats! Rolled oats dengan wortel, topping kangkung, jamur, tuna, telur. Kurleb 360 kkal aja. Met makaan guyss :)

Sarapan yg sangat kesiangan gegara kerja sampai hampir subuh 😩
Mestinya sekalian makan siang sih, tp lg pengen pancake 😆
Jd buat banana oats pancake deh, sausnya dari buah naga dan madu yg dimasak sampai kental. Kurleb 418 kkal. Met makaann 😀
