kakak kakak bantu jawab dong beriaku pencernahan:(,akukan selalu makan buah buahan banyak gitu buat memenuhi serat, trus aku baru tau kalo kadar gulanya tinggi,karna aku selama defisit ngga merhatiin gula aku cuma merhatiin protein,lemak,karbodan,serat,sampai" gula harian tembus +/-60gram kebanyakan dari buah sih,trus yg jadi pertanyaanku itu bahaya nggak ya?karnakan kebutuhan gula harian 50gram doang:)
