The hardest part I have about watching my food intake is eating out - I have switched fries to vegetables or salads, and started making better decisions there and trying to order fish whenever available, but it's hard to pass up a juicy steak, or nachos, a bacon cheeseburger, you know - the food that is really good, but not really good for you.
Not going out at all is not going to happen, so what do you do to make better choices?
