I have always been big, 6'1" 230-250lbs, but gained a lot of weight after I tore my knee and right shoulder. It limited how I normally offset my unhealthy eating - weightlifting and running at the gym - I was able to force myself to a gym and do it. Now I am limited to basically walking now, which is hard to motivate myself to do after I get home.
After my kid was born - I gained some more weight, and I almost hit 300-lbs this year (295-lbs in May) I began to focus on eating better. My weight varies upto 8lbs throughout the day, but I had reached a low of 268-lbs out the shower. As of today, fully clothed I am 275lbs. But have been stuck there for a month. I am hoping fatsecret can help get me back to 250lbs.
