I am following the diet pretty well. I need to really work on my water intake I am horrible at it. I am going to the gym after daycare today, since they are redoing my house with roof and siding new garage doors and gutters and all that. We had a storm at the end of May and now they are fixing it. Well anyway I want to work out and I usually do it during quiet time and well it wont be so quiet when they are pounding on my house. I do plan to do my big ball exercises and streeches during quiet time so at least I will have 20 min of exercises.

Sometimes you just have to wonder why? Why are people so difficult to be friends with and I use to eat when I felt down and I am probably feelings as down as I can. A friend got mad at me for something that 1) I wasn't even around when it happened and 2) it was something that really was absoluty nothing to get so upset about. She then told me I wasn't invited to go out with her for her birthday tomarrow. She since then has said she is sorry and we made up but I am still feeling sad (and have decided that I wanted to just stay home with my kids and Chad) I forgive her and I know that she didn't mean it but my feelings are hurt. ALL I have wanted to do is eat today and I am proud to say I am only over by 1 pt! Thats great for me and I am very proud.

my throat is so sore it started yesterday around 12:00 and I have not been eating much because of it. I am going to try to force myself around 12:00 today to eat something. I need to weigh in tonight around 6:00 I am going to be at the eating soft things for the rest of today. UGH I am craby as well.
