well i did my video today and it feels good to get back with this again i just am taking it one day at a time i think if i tell my self for two weeks every other day and get that ingrained in my head then move on with the fitness. I see now that i was pushing it past a comfort level i think i was getting scared too who is this thinner me suppose to be?

well i am still the same this week but i am still not tracking completely which means i am not being accountable for this. Thx to the kind encouraging words it has definetly made me rethink this. I keep telling myself that i need to do this for me just for me so i don't have any clothes to wear spring is almost here lol at least my bras still fit ha ha. anyways i am going to be accountable no one but me in this fight for health and its my health i am fighting for

still the same. i know why i have completely lost all my motivation. Since i can't afford to buy new clothes for my new body what is the point in going any lower then i am. I know what the point is but its not very motivating when you look in the mirror and your clothes make you look the same size as before. I really miss going to the meetings i really need that extra boost to get me through every week. I am just in a low place thankfully the tools i have learned are still getting me through a little bit. I am still drinking all my water and i am not using food to get me through this slump i am journaling a lot right now. I just someone or something to kick me back into gear

still the same at least its not up from here thank goodness for that phew. I am still working on writing everything down again fell off for a little while but getting it together and the exercise is a little tough i hate how much my abs hurt i loose all motivation but i will get to it tomorrow yoga booty lets go
