I’m hopeful for the weigh in tomorrow, but it’s not make or break. Regardless, I had chili, so the purge will happen first. Ace up the sleeve! (I hope that’s not a euphemism)

The reason it’s not make or break is that after three months, the results are visible. I can see them, feel them, and I’m getting physically more able to do things. Plus, I laid down on the floor and my hip bone was…touching the floor!!! That hurts! Don’t know who skinny people do it. Really, though, my shape has changed. No longer potato (it’s a shape!!), now I’m more human shaped.

I got the chance to go lift today in a non-anger fueled state, unlike last week. I didn’t think I would do as well. I freaking blew it up! Gains were not rage fueled, they were results. I’m blown away and thankful for the opportunity and ability.

Hit the gym hard again. Four killers this week! Over 30 PR’s throughout my routines…I’m shocked looking back.
I have been very hesitant on leg days (Friday WO’s). I broke my back a few years ago and still have some issues. Trying to build up to squats. Not there. Leg press? Yes please! No hesitation today. I hit it so hard I bet I fall on the toilet tomorrow! Legs were alway my thing and not being able to push that weight like I used to is kind of disheartening, but not that bad.
I’m not trying to be bulked up or super strong. I am trying to get muscle mass % over 30%. Legs are required. I had the great pleasure of doing negatives with 700lbs for four reps. That’s not even half of where I was before the break and double where I was in Nov. I’m humbled by the gains: 10.6lbs of muscle added since Nov (pretty much impossible). I had the DR check up this week and I get my body comp done for my three month at the end of the month. Hoping for28%.
