Bummer on the weigh in. I think that other than drinking empty wine calories, it's the need for a cup of Smooth Move tea. LOL 😂

Feeling the "low carb flu". 🙁 Very blah and no energy. But I was happy when I stepped on the scale this morning. I lost 6/10 of a pound after one day on the LCRF diet! 😃
