I'm feeling really encouraged by the consistent, significant weight loss I've experienced this week. I know losing two pounds in three days isn't something that will (or should) continue, and it's probably just water weight. However, it's still exciting. I'm working on more than just losing weight- I'm trying to improve my fitness. Therefore, I'm counting calories and making good food choices while also working out every day. I was worried that I was trying to do too much, but getting out of bed and getting right into workout clothes hasn't been too hard this week. I feel like I'm really starting a new habit.
