Two and half years into an office job, with my 30th birthday creeping up in a couple months, I'm ready to make some significant changes. Along with going back for my Masters, I'm sick and tired of getting fatter and fatter with each passing year. It's time to create new habits, get healthy, and be ready for anything by the time I'm done with that graduate degree!
