Boa tarde pessoal!
Faço dieta Paleo Low Carb e Jejum Intermitente.
Estou consumindo, à tarde, primeira refeição do dia:
100g Pele frita de frango Minuano;
100g Nata + 13mL Óleo de Côco (1 c. sopa) + 10 gotas Sucralose
(em uma xícara, tudo aquecido no microondas, no máximo 1 minuto, fica muito bom!)
Essa refeição contém: 100g gordura, 25g proteína e 1.106 calorias.
Minha dúvida é: Eu estaria ingerindo muita gordura?
Normalmente faço apenas 2 refeições por dia:
Essa que descrevi acima e, à noite, jantar com basicamente carnes, ovos, legumes cozidos, saladas, azeite de oliva...
