I am a pug mom . I work heavy construction and my health and weight have gotten the best of me. I am here to get healthy and start living. Rhumatoid Arthritis and Degenerative Joints have given me no choice but to start taking better care of myself or I am gonna be a 43yr old woman on disability. I want to work but find I just cant carry this big body around with my health issues. I have to admit I am a compulsive overeater and it has consumed my whole life. I am ready to fight back!!!
