Hello everyone,
My name is Grace and I am 23. I am tired of being over weight!
Even though I might not look like I weigh 188 BLS. because I'm tall, I am!
I do try to eat as healthy as I can, and i do drink nothing but water.
My biggest problem is being consistent with my exercise. I am that girl who goes to the gym, works out, looses weight and decides to take a day off because "she's tired after a long day". That one day off becomes two days off, and at last becomes weeks.
I recently bought a yoga mat, weights, a Sauna suit, a resistance band, and an exercise ball. It helps to have these things at home just incase you can't make it to the gym.
Im ready to meet my new self!!
