I am a single mother of 3 small kids. I have been struggling with my weight since 2004, after the birth of my last child....i think its the female hormones. i never had a problem losing weight after having my boys...anyhow...it's an everyday struggle for me, since i eat when i am stressed and depressed.

Ok, it's July 19, 2009, and i have been on a weight loss roller coaster. I joined a fitness bootcamp earlier this year and saw progress, but then the depression and stress piled up and i just quit. Well i am willing and determined this time!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully, with support I can stay on track. I have joined hundredpushups.com, because I am working on my overall strenghth and health, not just weight loss.
