I am a 27 year old mother of three gorgeous kids. Ranging from ages 9 to 6 months. With my last born I went from 136 to 181. I am down to 138 6 months after giving birth. I was already overweight for my height and have lost the energy and body I once had. I work a hectic schedule, Sun-Tues, every other Sat. from 7 pm - 7 am and it's hard to eat properly, let alone try a diet. A girl at work has been on the South Beach Diet and has had miraculous results. I would love to get my body and energy level back again, with the help of this site and people who have the same goal. Eager to meet new friends to help me through my journey.
