been up & down for years but close to my goal... i think... lost 60lbs over the years & kept it off.. but somehow I slipped back up.. the best success I had is when I've been on this app FAITHFULLY. Now I'm BACK! short term goals is to loose 20 before first day of spring 2014..... long term goal for Dec 31, 2014 is to be down 50lbs or more!!!!
