Hi, I am trying to lose 70 pounds by April 14 for a trip to miami with my boyfriend and our two children. Im also trying to lose the weight for a healthier lifestyle and more energy. I hate always being tired. and then i have to young children so its not fair to them. I also have diabetes and hate needles so im not taking my insulin therefore the only way for me to get rid of the diabetes is to of course lose weight. i have tried everything in the world. all the hot diet pills, gym memberships and all kinds of diets. Im hoping to stay committed to this and reach my goals for my new life. im open to ideas and advise please.
