I am a 26 year old from Indiana. I started in June 2010 weighing 186 pounds. I set small goals for myself that were easier to achieve then one big goal. I pushed myself and started looking at what I ate. I currently weight 163. My current mini goal is to weigh 155 by the end of April 2012. Then To weight 145 by my birthday in September. Then I will have reached my ultimate goal weight. :-)
