Hello,
I'm 46 yrs old and the mother of 2 children. I've been on and off the roller coaster diet all my life. I like Atkins because I can eat most of my favorite foods and not gain weight. I started Atkins again in mid-January. I wasn't losing much so I started tracking my food intake on my own and I still not losing. Since I wasn't losing and I didn't want to give up, I decided to try fatsecret for tracking carbs. And NOW I can see why i'm not losing....I wasn't tracking correctly and eating way more carbs than i should....so I am hoping this will help me lose more.
