Ahhh..My weight bio.
I was always 'healthy' in size, dieted and worked out most of my young adult life as I always had weight issues. I had a major illness back in 2000 that I still have to live with the effects of, therefore I haven't worked since. My 16 year marriage ended 4 years ago, afterwhich I moved my teenage son and myself to small town Wisconsin from busy Florida. Last year I had a motorcycle accident and now I cope with a reconstructed leg that is still painfull, but I can at least walk again. I didn't walk unassited for 7 months.
To me, losing weight means.. self-confidence, healthier, lighter on my leg, wearing clothes I can feel good about (not worn-out, faded), no more depression, and being attractive again now that I am single.
I have decided this is enough.. nothing will change unless I change it. I have God giving me strength this time.. I won't fail.
Anything is possible with prayer, and belief.
