I am a desk-bound new dad with a sweet tooth. I work out 3 days a week in my garage. I am very new to this but plan to make it a life long journey.
My goal is a sustainable lifestyle change, I like what this community allows me to do. We often lose the battle because we are fighting it on our own. We get discouraged by our unreasonable expectations and misinformation designed to get us to buy useless fads that don't work.
This community allows me to hear from fellow warriors who are actively on this journey with me.
