I also saw this on the Today Show. I've been on diets FOREVER! I've been on Weight Watchers 3 or more times in my life. In my early 30's. Worked great..lost 60 lbs. In 40's, worked ok...took longer, but lost weight (can't remember how much). Now in my early 50's...I've been on WW going on 2 years. Initially I lost 20 lbs, but have gained back almost all of it. I joke that I'm almost to my goal of regaining back my weight..no joke. I can't seem to stay on track. My WW meeting is great, I just can't get serious.
