36 year old disabled Vet. I have always been in good shape never been above 12% bf. I have always believed in the bodybuilders lifestyle. (have you ever seen a fat bodybuilder?) About 4 years ago I started feeling sick with about 40 different symptoms, one of witch was very rapid weight gain. I gained so much weight so quickly I had to quit my 100K a yr job maneging a fitness club for the largest chain in America. I loved my job cause I got to help people reach their goals, but my boss and co workers gave me such a hard time about my weight I became depressed and work was miserable. about a year later I finally went to the Dr to find out on top of already have back problems and migraines that I had several autoimmune diseases that where shutting down my adrenal systems one by one. It took almost a year to get meds right, still not feeling real great but just couldn't stand being fat any more. Lost 49 since March 30 more to go. Now that you know why I am here you wont ever hear any excuses come of my fingers. I know what I need to do, know how to do it.
