So, I've been on and off of FS for about 2 years now, but I've just never really stuck with it long enough to achieve my goals. This time around my fiance has joined too, so I'm hoping we can do some challenges together and help each other stay motivated. I recently started reading the Wiccan Wellness Book by Laura Perry, and decided to set some very simple tasks for myself to make a habit over the next 'year and a day', but I haven't motivated myself enough to keep them up for even the last week or so. I'm hoping coming back to FS will help me pay attention to those things too.
My simple goals for a 'year and a day' habit are:
1. Do at least a little mindful yoga every day.
2. Have a cup of tea every night to help unwind.
and 3. Brush my teeth at least TWICE every day. :D
Simple things I should be able to keep up with, but so far I've been letting myself slide. Well, I am determined to change that! And to get rid of this penguin belly too! So wish me luck, and feel free to add me as a friend or message me.
