NEED 5 REASONS WHY I SHOULD GO TO THE GYM.
Well I'm struggling today with not wanting to go on my lunch hour to the gym. I was organzied enough to pack my gym bag before coming to work (perhaps subconciously I know I need to go) however I'm struggling. I have 3 1/2 hours to get my butt in gear and decide to go at 1:00 and work out. I have been doing SOOOO Good and I am very proud of myself but need some encouragement today. I came into work this morning to find out that a coworker passed over the weekend. Pretty tough to hear! Only 37 and 2 small children. Its a definate tragedy. I just can't get over this hump. Perhaps staying healthy and going to the gym should be reason enough but I'm in a stumper.

OH MY! I'm so sorry! I can only imagine how shocking that is! Yes...let that be your reason to go to the gym today. One thing that scares the living daylights out of me is dying for a heart attack while my 18 month old daughter is still a little girl. I don't know if you have children, but it is worth it to do what's best for your body. Second, if you go to the gym, you'll feel so proud of yourself afterwards adn you'll have it done and out of the way for the rest of the day. You won't have that nagging feeling in the back of your head after work. I know cuz I've been in your shoes MANY times. It's hard to work out when you don't feel like it. But, not feeling like it is what has gotten us to where we are today. Do we want to continue to stay here? Just tell yourself that it's only 30 minutes of your day. (Or however long you work out). You won't regret it, I can tell you that much. Good luck and you'll be in my thoughts today. Sorry about your loss at work.

My five reasons you should go... 1. Because you don't want to go. You will feel more accomplished after going. 2. Eye Candy at the gym. You may see someone who is easy on the eyes to make your work out go faster. 3. You may make a new friend. 4. Work out and then lunch you will burn more calories. 5. Work out your grief and celebrate that you are healthy. ;)

Well thanks to all for the encouraging words..I did indeed drag my butt to the workout and everyone is right ( I don't say that often by the way..lol) I DO feel better. Knowing I need to make this a new and healthy lifestyle for myself is the only way to think right now and it is working for the most part. Thanks again to all you guys..YOUR THE BEST....

FIVE REASONS TO GOTO THE GYM: 1. Because you love yourself enough to give yourself the BEST YOU, that YOU CAN BE... 2. Because you want to live a long healthy live and be a prime example for children of how to do so... 3. because you want to be a thinner, healthy size and be able to shop in the "normal" section to buy some new cute clothes for this summer! 4. You'll get an exercise HIGH and FEEL AMAZING Afterwards... 5. I feel this is the single most important reason for working out... because you DESERVE TO!! Not in a bad way, in every sense of GOOD about it!!! You deserve to feel your best, to avoid sicknesses by being healthier and stronger, to avoid heart problems and all the other complications due to being overweight!! Because you DESERVE to be HAPPY and HEALTHY!!! =D CHIN up GIRL!!! You can DO IT!!

Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your co-worker! Loosing someone so young is such a tragedy, I wish her family the best in the time to come and you with your loss! Congrats on making it to the gym, that is awesome! I'm glad to hear that you felt better after you went and that the changes in your lifestyle in regards to health are having a wonderful impact! Hang in there girly! Tomorrow is a new day with new challenges but if you could do it all today, you can for sure do it all tomorrow!
