Creeping up but I think it's a cycle thing, I feel like I have been bloated...and my feet and hands have been swelling. Not sure what my plan of action is except to stick to Fast 5.
It's interesting that a month ago exactly I did experience another "bounce" of this same sort...so I guess it's a bouncy road! I think sticking with the plan is my plan.
