Lie yoga & syahraniisma saya biasa ngukur di tmpt gym. Ada alat yg namanya tanita. Bs juga pake website dgn cara memasukan lingkar pinggang tangan leher dll (kalo ga salah data2 yg diminta sperti itu) bs googling ketik body fat calculator. Semoga membantu

Izma rizal iya bro skr target cut masi blm tercapai. Nanti bgitu sudah goal. Pas bulk renc mau sampe 65kg dl otot. (Skr 60kg).

Alan pettruci betul bro ngegym. Kalo suplement krg gt minum. Saya lb ke real food sih. Paling cm pre workout sama bcaa. Untuk susu jrg2 mnm. Pas lg defisit protein harian aja baru dibantu. Kebanyakan sih nga defisit.
