I am starting take off today, only I'm using rockmelon instead of the juice, as I can't get any of that. I'm really hungry at the moment, I am slowly eating the melon, but i'm not really sure how much I can have, I think I remember someone saying something about it a while ago, if I remember right it's 1/2 a melon each day & all the other stuff stays the same for take off, does anyone know if that's right??
I'm going to back on the purple plan, to try & kick things along again, as I need to shake things up.
Be good everyone

Yes, I believe it is 1/2 a melon a day. Add the additional 16 oz of water to your 48-64 oz that you are supposed to have. (the juice is to be diluted with 4oz water to 4oz juice, just to make sure you get enough)

Purple Plan. I suggest starting your day with only water and a couple miles of a walking video...that means you are not just watching the people on the video, but walking too. Go to the gym if you can, it's a great challenge to get in there with the positive humans...and most are just as out of shape and fat as us. You eat half an orange and dry low fat toast with 4oz skim milk and lots of fresh vegetables and so much small portions of white chicken that you are bocking and making rooster sounds. Have some coffee to keep you awake and have some fake energy on top of the real energy. You must try the Clif Protein Bars. One chocolate brownie protein bar with coffee is a rush. Call me in a week to say you've lost a pound. Good? Gooooooooood!

Hi thanks for all your comments. I don't think they sell Clif protein bars in Australia, at least I haven't ever seen them. I do go to the gym 6 times a week, I have managed to lose some weight, nearly 1 kg I think, but I will wait till next monday before i actually weigh in.
btw school started back today, so i went up & down stairs a thousand times, that should be good for extra workout
thanks again guys, keep up the good work
