I started here at fatsecret at 200 pounds. I'm 46 and have lost significant amount of weight on LA Weight Loss before. I want to do it again, but without paying the center fees. I'm now down from 200 to 186. I love the new-old belt notch! I'm stil staring at some pants I want to wear. After I get down to 180, I get to buy me some nice...n...spensive workout tennies. Call me simple. I love this new plan! BW
