I have had to change medicals aids this month. New one came with an 12 month exclusion on PCOS. That was a true flashback to how my life use to be over 100kg. Took me back to the first week I actively began "dieting". The headache, mood wings, sweating. And the first week I took up jogging and my first 5K run. This has been the most exiting 2 years.
