Did not get in as much exercise as I wanted to but I did exercise. Morning stretching is very helpful, keeping me more resilient for the rest of the day. Lost another 2 pounds. :) Grabbed a pair of jeans from my stack of jeans to be folded and noticed they were a little tight. Oh, no! Oh, yes! -- they were a size down from what I'm wearing now! I figure I'll be in those by next month. :)
108.0 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
