was doing great today. I had denny's for breatfast which normaly would be very bad but i got a smaller slam the value slam and split it in 1/2 with a friend so I was able to really enjoy it with out the guilt. Lunch was good as well then i had my downfall chips. I stayed with in my calories for the day at 1,185 but i ate to much salt and fat. At least i got in some exercise in. Which i did not eat the chips and salsa today at all but really wish it was not before my monday date with the scale.
