This has been an amazing week for me. This challenge is certainly helping with my struggle with hypothyroidism and FM. Fresh fruits and veggies, great salads, home made foods, lots of water, and daily exercise all contributed to me being able, for the first time in about a year, to work two weeks of 40 hours each. :)
