Stayed on track yesterday even though I spent day with sibs to celebrate my youngest sister's birthday.
Dinner at Pf Chang. Ginger Chicken and broccoli no rice. yum
85.5 kg Lost so far: 27.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
