Today is the first day of the end of my weight loss journey. I started it last year and I am ready to finish and focus on me this year. I am tired of always getting half way done with everything. I finished my MA last year which was one of those things I thought I would never finish. Since I have learned that I can finally finish something. I am excited about finishing my weight loss journey this year which is about 35 lbs. to get to my final goal. I have definitely added some weight this last two weeks during the New Year so I have a little bit more to lose but I am not too worried. Last year when I lost 40lbs I broke up my big goal into a bunch of small goals. This year my first goal is to get to 142 and lose the New Year weight. When I do I have something special I have been wanting to buy and plan on getting it when I get to that goal. The hardest thing I know will be starting at the gym today and making it there every day. Well, I am focusing on today and making it to my goal one small step at a time. Till later. me.
