I have to start getting ready for my pt test, and I just need to start working out for my health. I usually do the test on the bike because I am a horrible runner, but this year I am going to have to run. I need to find the motivation to get off my butt and do it already!! I have to run 1.5 miles in 13:30 or less...right now I'm over 15 minutes

You can do it! just have faith in yourself and take it one run and one day at a time.
