Finally under 200lbs. Mainly I just focus on my carbs and not snacking at night in front of TV. I will see my nutritionist on the 16th. Last week I went inside something called the BOD POD and learned on that day my body had 107 pounds of muscle, bones, organs and 93 pounds of fat. You climb inside something that looks like an egg and you wear a swim cap, a sports bra and spandex. It was enlightening. You just assume more of your body is not fat.
