After losing about 5-10 lbs last spring, I am one pound heavier than I was when I joined this website. The scale has been holding steady at 192 for awhile, so I haven't bothered to weigh-in. Until two weeks ago pretty much every single meal we ate was fast food or came from a restaurant, and we've been eating in a lot more, so I definitely feel like I've made an improvement in my overall eating, even if I'm not seeing a noticeable effect. I've spent the past two weeks laid off from work, so it seemed like the perfect time to make a change in eating habits as well. I start my new job tomorrow, so hopefully I'll be able to start and maintain some good habits. It's hard to get in the habit of recording food, and when I first joined I got sooooo obsessive about it that I'm not sure to what degree I'll be doing it, but hopefully even without recording everything I can make some positive changes.
