33 year old female, Started this journey to a healthier life about 3 weeks ago. I have lost 4lbs. Which I know is a healthy weight. I'm glad I'm doing this the natural way. Keeping track of everything I'm eating and exercising daily before work. Was a big wake up call when my doctor told me I was borderline high blood pressure and diabetic. Crazy! I'm way too young. Need to take care of myself for my kids and my grandchild on the way. I seem to be doing something right because I can't eat the way I use to not just because I don't want to but my body doesn't like it anymore. That's a great motivation to pass up the fast food. I don't even crave it anymore. No soda, teas, coffee. Just water. Love this. I feel I've gotten pass the difficult part. I eat better things because I want to now not because I have to.
