I cannot believe I've lost 19 lbs since Nov! I keep looking at the weight chart, more like staring. I'm in disbelief that I'm actually losing the weight. I'm really happy about it, and feeling more realistic, too. I may never have the body I had 3 years ago, but I do hope to have a healthy body - one that I am proud of and not abusing with pills or alcohol.
