I took a nose dive starting the weekend and yesterday was my long day/night, I did not do well.
The stress is affecting my food intake. I have a tough time with the night schedule. I have such a long day that I am really hungry at the end of it.
I am starting to see the pattern. I am eating within my range during the day, but once the night schedule kicks in, it's like another day of work. So then, I absolutely need another meal. (It's 6 hours of school)
Is it bettter to try and ignore it, and go to sleep, or actually eat? I need help with this. I have tried to drink tons of water but I think I need another idea?
