Day #1 of 3 for LaBomba...today involves drinking a fruit-flavored protein beverage for most of the day, 2 gallons worth to be exact! I've done this before and couldn't stomach 2 gals of sweet beverage, so I added all the beverage mix to one gal, finished it and now I'm drinking straight water for the rest of the evening.
Day #2 is protein shakes-5 of them all day long. Definitely not a fun couple of days, but well worth the trouble when I step on the scale Tues for my last day of the weight loss challenge!!
Heading to the gym this evening after the kids go to bed, feeling a little shaky right now from all the caffeine but that should subside soon. Florida coming up, sun and fun is in the near future!
