I've been having a great weekend. Hitting the gym after work is very helpful and I don't dread it at all once I'm in the building. Exercise has definitely become more of an enjoyable time for me vs thinking of it as a chore. I've been working on the C25K program and finished week 4, day 1. In 1 1/2 wks I'll be leaving for Florida and am looking forward to the opportunity to do some outdoor runs, so far the treadmill has been getting me by. Noticed a change in the scale the past couple days but I want to wait until it's been a full week before I log my next weight. I have just over one week until my last weigh-in for the weight loss challenge-things are looking good!
