Looks like I am back below 200...even if only by a smidge. It feels great. Trying to stay focused on what I eat and to keep motivated to exercise at least 3 times per week.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am in the same boat. Floating between 201 and 198. Do you weight everyday? I try not to, but when I get on the scale and see 199 and then get on it the next day to see 200 even though I ate good and exercised...I get discouraged. So I am gonig back to weighing only once a week.
